An lovely stay! The fine Luxury Suite Maisonette provided privacy, while the in-suite onsen was a heavenly retreat. The exquisite kaiseki dinner was a gastronomic delight, and breakfast took creativity to another level. Perfect staff ensured our needs were fully met. This place knows how to curate an extraordinary experience!

Truly a nice stay with really good food
Our time was lovely, especially the private onsen experience and exquisite kaiseki meals served in our room. The staff were attentive. The luxury suite we stayed in was fine and had all the comforts we could ask for. We found the stairs a bit challenging and it slightly affected our experience.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
The luxury suite maisonette twin had a fine design that we couldn't stop admiring, and the private onsen-oh my goodness, it was like stepping into pure bliss! Each kaiseki dinner and washoku breakfast was perfectly crafted, leaving us wanting more.
